Course enrolment is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless alternative arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.
Students may cancel their course enrolment up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds are provided after a course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our support team.
All content, materials, and resources provided by PixelSummits, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, and software, are the property of PixelSummits or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use course materials for personal educational purposes only. Commercial use or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
The educational content provided by PixelSummits is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and you must destroy all copies of course materials in your possession. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
